A red rose was chosen to be the side’s emblem. The Rugby Football Union (RFU) had created the national side’s emblem prior to an English team being sent to Edinburgh to play a Scottish side. The away strip was black for the first time during the 2011 Rugby World Cup. The crest has underwent seven changes since it was first introduced in 1930. See the new Mexico 2022 World Cup kit here.
